Thank you, dear @Krislin, @Kadi, @Liina, and @Laura! We felt cared for and nurtured! And a big thank you to all our fellow travelers! Together, we created something new and powerful! We are returning stronger (each of us in our own way) and also more beautiful! Let’s nurture and grow this seed so that we never again have to come together for the painful reasons that brought us here. Stay safe, and keep the positive Bali vibe in your hearts! ❤️

Erica Teras (November 2023)

Dear ones, Today, as I began my last meditation here in snowy Tallinn, a lovely realization struck me. I’ve come to understand that all failures and disappointments have paved the way for the life and mindset I now wholeheartedly enjoy. I live life to the fullest. I embrace everything life offers me, and I encourage you all to do the same with bright, open eyes. Take care of yourself, your family, and your friends. Have fun, do silly things, and maintain your uniqueness! Go ahead and mess something up every now and then! It happens, so enjoy it—after all, people without quirks are the strangest of all. 🙂

Kerly Lorup (November 2023)

We’re getting ready to board the plane now! ✈️ Thank you to all the wonderful souls this retreat brought into my life! I’m so deeply grateful for this experience, for every moment, every feeling, and every memory created! Stay safe and loved! Everything happens for a reason! Love you all! 🙏🌺

Kadri Kuht (November 2023)

It’s time for us to wave goodbye to the Island of Smiles and take with us the power, energy, and inspiration of this place back to snowy Estonia. 🌅📝 It was a great joy to meet you all and create new beginnings both within ourselves and in everything around us! 🙏

Carlo Kask (November 2023)

A new beginning started working immediately. A system and plan have been created that help people focus on their lives and fill their days with events that matter to them. It also helped me see the bigger picture and dream big. You feel grateful, make wishes, and create your day intentionally. I got immense inspiration from this. The daily schedule system provides such clarity and routine that it becomes simple and enjoyable to shape your life with positive thoughts. In Bali, we dove right into it. The juice fast gave me incredible energy, and I didn’t feel hungry at all—it felt so good and light. I highly recommend everyone to try it for 5–10 days; it’s the best thing you can do for yourself. Everything I learned and experienced here, I will continue at home. I also plan to visit Bali Keskus in Tallinn and maintain my daily practices. In Tallinn, I had already started practicing breathwork with Gert, which brought about a significant change, but in Bali, there was an event or lecture every evening. These provided so much new insight and helped me make peace with the past. We listened to each other’s stories and found reasons in the past—both positive and negative—to turn them to our advantage. Daily meditations, gratitude journaling, and yoga have given me a new direction in life. Today, I aim to continue with the 80/20 healthy eating approach they teach—nothing in life will go unenjoyed or undone. I gained so much from this retreat and definitely want to return next year. We visited temples and markets, and the life and energy here perfectly align with the retreat. There’s no better place to hold a camp like this for Estonians. Stepping out of your usual environment is incredibly helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend gathering your courage, starting your New Beginning, and changing your life!

Hey! A big thank you from me as well to everyone! These were two amazing weeks!! And definitely, a huge thanks to Krislin, Gert, and Laura 🙏🙏🙏

Viljar Niinemets (January 2024)

Hey, Some of you were interested in my weight loss. On December 27, Krislin weighed me at 92.2kg, and I noted that I wanted to be 7kg lighter. Even though we weighed in the evening back then, today—exactly one month and three days later—I weigh 85.3kg in the morning. DAMN 😂😂😂😂 Missed it by 0.1kg! Amazing, amazing, amazing 🥰 Thank you to everyone who supported me along the way 🙏

Raili Maripuu (November 2023)

A big thank you to @Krislin, @Laura, and @Gert for this amazing retreat experience ❤️❤️❤️ unforgettable memories and so much good to take with me moving forward 🥰🙏🌞 Thank you to all my companions... It was sooooo wonderful to share this with you, and I’m just so happy to have experienced so many positive people and moments during this time in Bali ❤️ The sun shines brightly in my soul and heart 🌞🫶

A big thank you from our side as well; a new beginning has been made for both the mind and body, greeting all fellow retreat participants 💕

Regina Roosmann (November 2023)

It's time to pack up my time here on sunny Bali. I'm in a taxi on the way to the airport 🥰 LOVING IT! This is the phrase that describes my time here. As I mentioned in the video, the time spent here hasn’t brought drastic changes for me, but I feel immense gratitude for meeting people like the retreat participants. Just like Anneli mentioned in her interview, this retreat is a mission. It’s about raising awareness in more and more people, looking inside to see what's going on, making the necessary changes to be a better companion, friend, and parent to ourselves and others. Thank you and a bow to Viljar for the first two days spent together in Nusa. 🙏 A huge hug to Raili for being my roommate. It was so great to share my life, experiences, and adventures with you. So much relatability, and it was such a beautiful realization. And that Raili and I are still old school friends. As I like to say, there are no coincidences. We are exactly where we need to be, experiencing the right things at the right time. Trust the process. Thanks to Kristel and Ahto for playing tennis. I, who was so confident saying, “Of course, I can play tennis,” 😂🤣. The reality was something else. But thank you for your patience and friendliness. Grateful 🙏 Thanks to Erkki for filming our retreat, and your openness and friendliness were enjoyable 🙏 A huge thank you to Gerd, who led our daily morning meditations and breathing sessions!!! Oh boy, thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏 A bow to Laura, who did killer workouts 💪 Those muscles didn’t just shake a little after the workout, the tremor lasted until the end of the evening 😅🙏 A huge hug to Saoirse. The softness that this woman offers in her yoga practices is out of this world. She has a special touch that creates a true sense of safety. Big hugs 🙏 I also want to mention the men who participated in the retreat: Taavi, whose calmness and serenity can already be seen from far away; Alo, well, what has changed, just a role model for everyone. Thanks for the inspiration. Fred, Vadim, Ahto, Arol, Taivo— I was amazed at how many men participated. Thank you for keeping an open mind. It’s great to see that self-development is no longer considered taboo. 🙏 Thanks to Suusi, you are an interesting, honest, and straightforward personality 🙏 And of course, the biggest thanks and hug go to our retreat organizer Krislin. Thank you, Krislin, for taking the effort to organize and carry this out. Trillions of hugs, bows, and pats. 🙏 And thanks to all the others we interacted with but I forgot to mention here. Truly, there is immense gratitude in my heart, and I leave with nothing but positive emotions 🧡🧡🧡

Kristel Joost (November 2023)

Hey, we’re home too and feeling really good inside. Full power, don’t know what I’d do with all this energy. Grateful to you, dear retreat leaders, a big bow to the wonderful @Gert Reinberg and @Krislin Kuuskemaa 💜☀️🙏

Dear companions! Thank you for the pleasant presence and support on this wonderful journey of transformation! Marika and Anneli ☺️🙏

Merike Sagris (November 2023)

testimonialHey, hey, dear Lightning Bolt!! 🤗 I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️. At first, I was skeptical about the whole retreat, but my mindset has completely changed. It was an amazing experience, and I feel so good that I don’t want to leave this bubble. The energy that is bubbling inside me is something unprecedented; I feel like a Duracell battery. This has been 100% beneficial for my company and for me personally—these new thoughts and actions are fantastic. Thank you so much!! 🙏❤️🤗

Kätlin Epner (November 2023)

1. **Start with your name and how you came to the Bali retreat?**
My name is Kätlin, and my mother shared the information about the Bali retreat with me, saying, “Look what dad found.” When I saw that the offer included meditation and yoga in Bali, I immediately said yes, let’s go 😀

2. **What was your intention when registering for the New Beginning retreat?**
To develop myself – to become smarter about health and nutrition, solidify and further develop spiritual and physical practices, try something new, meet new people, explore the world and new practices, find ways to take my life to the next level, try different beauty treatments, and most importantly, to take a break from everyday life.

3. **What did you experience in our retreat?**
I experienced firsthand how much progress can be made in both body and well-being in such a short time when there is consistency and awareness. Also, how much lighter and better it felt with a more balanced diet. I felt supported and inspired, surrounded by people who also wanted to make positive changes in their lives. Now that I’m back in Estonia, I can feel how special and good the energy was in Bali.

4. **What has changed particularly for you after reaching new beginnings?**
My view on health – nutrition, exercise, and calming the nervous system. Increased self-confidence and faith that old habits and patterns can be left behind, and new, healthier ones can be created. Right now, I am probably in the best shape of my life, both physically and mentally.

5. **What has been the BEST part of your retreat experience?**
The morning meditation on the beach with a swim, candlelight yoga, and seeing how much change can happen in such a short time if you consistently engage in healthy practices (yoga, nutrition, treatments). The fire ceremony was also very special.

6. **What has been your BIGGEST breakthrough?**
I got over certain (negative) things that I was stuck in because I realized that there is so much more and better in life and the world, and this sparked a strong desire and motivation to live healthily and do good things for myself every day. After all, we are responsible for our well-being.

7. **What would you say to someone considering attending this retreat?**
It’s a great opportunity to gain new health-related knowledge, develop spirituality, or at least have a chance to look more inward, try beauty treatments, and get tools to improve your quality of life. Also, you’ll meet amazing people! But be prepared that the schedule is quite tight, and the food may be different from what you’re used to. This isn’t a typical Bali vacation, but rather requires a willingness to work on your well-being to get the maximum benefit from the retreat.

8. **What could we improve?**
Since there were many participants and special requests, there was some confusion almost every day regarding treatments and meals. Ideally, this could be reduced. Regarding food, I’d say that meat shouldn’t be served for breakfast even for meat-eaters, and it would be nice to have more specific recipes as inspiration to make it easier to implement the dietary principles after the retreat. Krislin’s nutrition lecture could have been at the start of the retreat, so we would better understand why we are eating this way. There could have been more group outings, perhaps a whole day trip to see waterfalls, etc., because at times people scattered and had to work around the treatment times. Although the retreat’s purpose isn’t to explore Bali, for such a long trip, it would have been nice to explore more during the retreat.

**How would you rate us as retreat organizers?**
Krislin – I loved your personal approach to each participant. Even though there were many of us, you managed to remember everyone’s development areas/wishes for the retreat and followed the progress of the participants. It felt like you genuinely wanted the best for everyone, so we could all feel beautiful and healthy.
Laura – Always helpful and kind, I could always turn to you with any worries or questions. The few workouts I attended were also really enjoyable. It was nice to meet after so long, and your life journey was inspiring to me.
Gert – Incredible how someone can always be so calm and in a good mood, you were a great role model in that. You were so helpful and warm, clearly, you’ve lived in Bali for a while 😀 The morning meditations and breathing journeys were exciting experiences that helped me connect better with my body, for which I’m grateful.

**What feelings did your Bali trip bring out in you?**
I really liked the climate and the people. A perfect change from Estonia. After the retreat, while traveling in Ubud and Seminyak, we saw other sides of Bali that weren’t as positive as Uluwatu, so the choice of retreat area was perfect. I’d love to return one day to visit a few more places. But the warmth, sun, and warm ocean water were so soothing for the soul.

You can share my feedback with my name as well.

Käroli (November 2023)

My name is Käroli, and I found the Bali retreat quite by chance already last spring, and as time went on, it became clearer and clearer that I had to go there. I couldn't initially put too many expectations on the retreat.

Maren Jents (November 2023)

Good morning! Once again, the biggest thanks for such an amazing retreat! Here’s my feedback :).

Taivo Epner (November 2023)

1. I am Taivo. I probably found the retreat through a social media ad. I saw the ad and felt like I needed a break after a long work period and before the new work season. January was perfect for this break. I had heard a lot about Bali and read about it, and it seemed like the right place for something more than just a beach or golf vacation. Bali seemed like a place to experience something else. I read about the retreat’s content, and based on that, I felt it would be perfect for a vacation in Bali.

2. My goal was to have a developmental vacation, practice yoga, exercise, and try to figure out if I have a spiritual side 🙂. Also, I wanted to get new information about nutrition. Secretly, my goal was also to encourage my wife to join, and I hoped the retreat would broaden her horizons as well.

3. I experienced everything I expected. Pleasant climate, great company, new acquaintances, amazing yoga (thanks to the yoga teachers), new experiences with breathing (thanks to Gert), fire rituals, sounds, and everything else. I received a lot of information and the experiences of other participants about healthier nutrition. The massage and other treatments were also great. These were a bonus for me.

4. What has especially changed is that we are trying to review our eating habits. More plant-based and mindful nutrition, using healthy roots, spices, and so on. I also want to continue with yoga regularly. I had already thought about starting yoga before the retreat. One reason for attending the retreat was to start yoga.

5. The best part for me, in addition to yoga, were the other practices we got to try (breathing, sound therapy, etc.), the knowledge about nutrition, the good weather, and the good company. Everything, basically 🙂. I haven’t found my spiritual side yet, but I feel that I need to continue the search 🙂.

6. My biggest breakthrough: I’m repeating myself, but the knowledge I gained about nutrition and the desire to continue with yoga. And I really did relax.

7. If someone is considering going to such a retreat, I definitely recommend it, to be open-minded, and experience everything that is offered.

8. I don’t really know what to suggest to improve. On the first couple of days, there was a bit of confusion with the treatments, trying to figure out what, where, and when. Probably because it was new to us. Later, everything went smoothly.

9. I want to express my deep thanks to the organizers and facilitators (Krislin, Gert, Laura). I imagine that being a small team, this is quite a big undertaking, but you did it wonderfully. Krislin, especially a big thank you to you for leading this whole event. Your energy, enthusiasm, and finding solutions for various topics is amazing. I really hope that the next retreats will be very successful as well.

This was my first trip to Bali, and it created very positive feelings in me. I had expected to participate in the retreat and not see much of Bali outside of the Uluwatu area. I’ll save those areas for my next visit.

Big thanks and much success!

The New Beginning Retreat in Bali is now behind me, and what an unforgettable experience it was. Fourteen days may seem like a short time, but they were packed with transformative moments. From learning to eat healthily to participating in ceremonies, breathwork therapy, workouts, and much more. Every morning began with yoga and meditation around 6-7 a.m.—something I initially found hard to understand. Why wake up so early? 😁 But I quickly adjusted, and starting the day this way turned out to be refreshing and energizing, giving me a boost that lasted the entire day.

Each day also included body and facial treatments—something I had never experienced before but found incredibly beneficial and new. I truly believe that everyone should go through a retreat like this at least once in their life. Special thanks to Krislin Kuuskemaa for creating such a fantastic and insightful experience—one that will stay with me for a lifetime. It taught me how to live a fuller, happier, and more meaningful life. To design such a retreat and engage so personally with every participant requires a rare talent, and Krislin, you have it. You manage to be everywhere at once—though I suspect you hardly ever sleep! 😅

A huge thanks also to Gert Reinberg—the breathwork therapy was absolutely out of this world! 🚀 I’m equally grateful to the incredible group of people who joined this retreat. Everyone was so unique yet connected, forming a supportive and cohesive community. Lastly, I want to thank my wife for giving me the final nudge to join this retreat. 😊

Käroli Kärdi

My name is Käroli, and I discovered the Bali retreat entirely by chance this spring. Initially, I didn’t set high expectations for it, though I did compare it to other retreats. In terms of cost-benefit, nothing else came close. I hoped for better mental and physical well-being but ended up gaining something far deeper—something words can’t fully describe. From the start, I felt genuinely welcomed by the organizers, who clearly put their heart and soul into everything. This gave me a sense of safety, making the trip even more enjoyable.

During the retreat, I experienced profound changes. For years, I struggled with fatigue, brain fog, and low energy, but suddenly, I felt like a new person. I had the motivation to wake up at 5 a.m. for meditation and yoga, and I was energized throughout each full and meaningful day. The retreat’s balance of spiritual and physical growth was transformative, helping me reconnect with both my body and soul. As an athlete, I appreciated the physical benefits—losing 6 kg and 50 cm overall through a mix of a short juice fast and organic, alkaline food—but the mental breakthroughs meant even more.

The retreat also offered unique opportunities, like participating in local ceremonies, which added a mystical layer to the experience. Everything felt so right, and I knew this was the best decision I’d ever made for myself. Investing in your well-being is priceless, and I recommend this retreat to everyone, even those who feel like their life is in a good place. There’s always room for healing and growth, and this retreat is an ideal way to achieve both. Huge thanks to Krislin and Gerd for creating such an invaluable experience—something the modern world truly needs. See you in Bali! 💛🌴☀️

The same sentiment holds true—without each and every one of you who were there, this retreat would not have been nearly as special or meaningful. Everyone’s stories touched my heart, and every person taught me something valuable—reminding me to find more joy in life, to let go, and to be fully present.

The retreat itself offered a profound sense of release, cleansing, and truly a new beginning. I returned with new habits, discovered yoga (which I plan to continue practicing in Estonia), and embraced meditation, which helps reduce anxiety and brings a calmer, more positive start to the day. Right now, being back home feels a little strange, like I’m out of place—everything here is so different.

A heartfelt thank you to @Krislin Kuuskemaa and @Gert Reinberg for creating something so transformative. ❤️ You are changing lives for the better. Thank you all for this unforgettable journey! Wishing everyone the very best, and may the positive energy and inspiration we gained carry us forward for a long time—or at least until Krislin calls us back for another retreat in two years! 🤣😉

Dream big, love deeply, live in the moment, and enjoy life! 🥰

Katrin Ermas

My name is Katrin, and I came across ads for the Bali retreat at a time when I was looking to take a vacation. The fact that it was in Bali—a place I had never visited—immediately caught my attention. My goal was to relax, enjoy healthy food, and participate in workouts, but these 10 days turned out to be so much more. We had an incredibly supportive group, and Gert and Krislin took amazing care of us. I discovered alkaline plant-based food, which I loved, and Gert’s breathwork sessions were absolutely transformative—far beyond what I thought was possible through breathing techniques. I feel more positive, calmer, and have rediscovered my long-lost feminine energy.

The most unforgettable experience was the one-on-one breathwork session with Gert. His warmth, sincerity, and expertise made it extraordinary, and I am beyond grateful to have experienced it. On a deeper level, my biggest breakthrough was learning to open up emotionally and listen to my body. I realized I don’t always have to be the strong and stoic Estonian woman—I can embrace vulnerability and let emotions flow, which has made life so much lighter and more positive.

For anyone considering this retreat, it’s ideal for anyone seeking rest, body treatments, great food, and meaningful connections. Krislin is incredibly kind, positive, and full of energy, while Gert’s passion and warmth are truly inspiring. His meditation, yoga, and breathwork sessions were phenomenal. My time in Bali left me feeling deeply grateful and transformed, and I’m so glad I found the courage to join. Thank you, Krislin and Gert, for this life-changing experience. 🙏❤️

Mari Laikre

Before Christmas, I had the chance to visit Bali 🌺, and it turned out to be the most special trip not only of this year but of the past several years. Sunshine, the ocean, warmth, ancient temples, lush and vibrant nature, and clean, nourishing food—what more could you ask for in a winter getaway?

This truly was a special group, with special organizers and a unique experience—so unexpectedly extraordinary that I could never have imagined how much it would give me. As participants, we were all so different—different fields, ages, and even nationalities—yet throughout the retreat, there was such a strong atmosphere of acceptance. Everyone was embraced just as they were, creating a sense of safety and connection within the group. Thank you again, Krislin, Gert, Yuka, and everyone else! ⭐️

On top of that, there were hikes with a wonderful group, daily yoga sessions, breathwork practices, and Balinese massages. By the time I returned, I felt like I was floating rather than walking—that’s the magic of Bali 🕉️🧘‍♀️📿

I am so grateful you made it this year, even though you planned to come last year. You fill every space with wisdom, knowledge, insights, and joy. You find solutions and positivity in every situation. Your energy and presence light up those around you, making the world shine a little brighter ❤️. I’m so thankful you came, shared, enjoyed, and radiated like a big, warm sun 🌝.

Ave Sisask

My dear friend invited me to a retreat, and I’m deeply grateful 🙂. I longed for time away from daily hustle, stress, and work pressures to reconnect with myself and open my heart.

I love the retreat’s concept of blending mental and physical well-being. Physical health is essential, but it relies on mental balance. When we are mentally aligned, we make better choices for our body. The retreat’s best part was achieving this harmony.

You can stay active: caring for your body, working out, relaxing by the pool, enjoying the seaside, eating balanced meals, and joining morning and evening practices. To my surprise, I went 10 days without coffee, sweets, or snacks and didn’t miss them. My heart is open, full of gratitude for the people, opportunities, and lessons in my life. I left Bali 3.5 kg lighter 🙂 and gained fresh energy to invest in my health, cherish loved ones, and restore work-life balance.

Krislin and Gert make a great team. Krislin’s energy, positivity, and helpfulness ensure you feel your best, even if some things remain unfinished. Gert balances this with his calm presence and practices, helping you find peace and self-reflection. I’m excited to join his sessions in Estonia when possible.

This is a journey, and I’m on the path 🙂.

I’m truly grateful!
